The gas is connected to the reserved interface after the outlet valve group of the wet gas storage cabinet in the gas extraction pump station. The outlet pressure of the gas storage cabinet is 2-4KPa. It is transported to the gas power plant area through a large-diameter gas transmission steel pipe, and then enters the gas pretreatment workshop through manual and pneumatic butterfly valves. The gas pretreatment workshop is equipped with multiple sets of parallel pretreatment units. Gas enters the pre-treatment unit through its respective steel branch pipes through a large diameter intake manifold. After passing through manual and pneumatic valves, primary filter filtration, cooling and dehydration heat exchanger, Roots blower pressurization, precision filter filtration, flow meter metering, flame arrester, manual and pneumatic valves in sequence, it is discharged into a large-diameter steel outlet main pipe for use by multiple gas turbines.
The cold source for the cooling and dehydration heat exchanger is provided by a refrigeration unit, with a medium of 45% ethylene glycol antifreeze and a circulating temperature of 15-10 ℃ for the water pump.
