The LNG satellite receiving station consists of LNG storage tanks, unloading platforms, unloading boosters, storage tank boosters, main gasifiers, reheaters, pressure regulating and metering odorization devices, BOG gasifiers, and EAG gasifiers.
LNG is transported by tanker to the gasification station, and the LNG unloading booster is used to increase the pressure inside the tanker, which is then sent to the LNG low-temperature storage tank for storage. When discharging from the LNG storage tank, the pressure of the tank is first increased through the self pressurization system of the tank. Then, the liquid phase outlet valve of the tank is opened, and the LNG in the tank is sent to the gasifier through pressure difference. It is then sent to the municipal gas pipeline network through pressure regulation, metering, odorization and other processes. When the outdoor environment temperature is low and the natural gas temperature at the outlet of the air temperature gasifier is below 5 ° C, a water bath reheater needs to be connected in series at the outlet of the air temperature gasifier to heat the gasified natural gas.
