Gasification pry is the integration and installation of one or several gasifiers. Realize material control, heat source integration control, and gasify materials. It mainly includes material control, regulation system, heat source control regulation system, gasification system, and integrated installation. A single set of gasification capacity can reach 60t/h. The product adopts modular design, with beautiful appearance, compact structure, cost reduction, land saving, and convenient installation.
Gasifier types: electric heating, warm water, steam heating, air temperature, or steam water bath.
Application areas: PetroChina, Sinopec, coal chemical industry (light hydrocarbon medium fuel gas gasification, spherical tank or storage tank pressurization, fuel gas pipeline network replenishment, unloading), steel and non-ferrous metal smelting industry, glass fiber industry (liquefied petroleum gas gasification station).
