Using LPG to increase the calorific value of natural gas or compress air to reduce the calorific value, the core equipment is a blending device. The main principle is to perform rough adjustment of two gas flow signals, fine adjustment of the calorific value signal, and after PLC calculation, control the opening of the LPG or AIR gas regulating valve to achieve precise ratio of the two gases. The control system simultaneously collects signals such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and gas leakage, and interlocks emergency shutdown and heating system start and stop.
