The composition of LPG reserve gasification station includes LPG storage tank, unloading platform, unloading compressor, stabilizing pump, gasification system, and pressure regulating and metering system.
LPG is transported by tanker to the gasification station, and the unloading compressor is used to increase the pressure inside the tanker, which is then sent to the LPG storage tank for storage. When discharging from the LPG storage tank, the pressure of the tank is first increased through the stabilizing pump of the tank. Then, the liquid phase outlet valve of the tank is opened, and the LPG in the tank is sent to the gasifier through the pressure difference. It is then sent to the downstream pipeline network through pressure regulation, metering, and other processes.
