Introduce


1. Electric gasifier

Liquefied gas passes through a heat exchange plate immersed in warm water, absorbs heat from the warm water, gasifies and overheats, and then enters the pipeline network after being separated by the gas-liquid separator of the equipment itself to remove heavy components. The heat source for warm water is provided by an electric heater, and the water temperature is automatically controlled within the set working range by an instrument on the electric control panel or on-site explosion-proof box. If the water temperature is below the limit, the system will automatically alarm and cut off the inlet liquid valve; When the water temperature is high or the water level is low, the system will automatically alarm and stop heating. When the pressure inside the gasifier exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve automatically releases.


2. Warm water gasifier

Liquefied gas absorbs the heat from the circulating hot water in the heat exchange tube bundle inside the gasifier, vaporizes and overheats, and is then fed into the pipeline network after being separated by the gas-liquid separator of the equipment itself to remove heavy components. Hot water is usually supplied by an external hot water boiler, circulating pump, and high-level water tank, which are controlled by self-control instruments within the user's set working range. When the pressure inside the gasifier exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve automatically releases.


3. Steam gasifier

Steam passes through the stainless steel coaxial tube inside the gasifier, heating the condensed water on the outer layer. The condensed water heats the liquid liquefied gas inside the gasifier in a relatively mild manner and causes it to overheat. After being separated by the gas-liquid separator of the equipment itself, it is fed into the pipeline network. The heat of warm water is provided by saturated steam and automatically controlled by temperature control instruments within the range set by the user. When the water temperature is below or above the user's set upper and lower temperature limits, the control panel will automatically alarm. When there is liquid liquefied petroleum gas that has not been fully gasified, the liquid level control inlet valve will be used to reduce or close the amount of liquefied gasification liquid. When the pressure inside the gasifier exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve automatically releases.


4. Air temperature gasifier

The air temperature gasifier consists of three parts: a pressure regulating box, a heat exchanger, and a liquid level display and protection system. The equipment automatically adjusts the liquid level to change the heat exchange area to adapt to changes in production load. When the load is too high and the liquid level rises to the limit position, the float valve automatically closes the gas outlet to avoid liquid overflow and ensure safe operation of the equipment.
This equipment adopts the principle of vacuum gasification. The liquid from the storage tank or low-temperature insulated steel cylinder is reduced in pressure through the pressure regulating box, causing the temperature of the liquid LPG to decrease, resulting in a large temperature difference between it and the ambient temperature, in order to increase the heat transfer rate. Then it enters the evaporator section of the finned tube, where it is transformed from liquid to gas, and enters the superheated section through a liquid level controller to heat the gas, increasing the outlet gas temperature and achieving a stable transmission and distribution effect.
