The basic function of a pressure regulating box is to reduce the high pressure gas to the desired pressure of the user and maintain stability. The working principle of a pressure regulator: Gas enters the pressure regulating chamber from the inlet, and when the valve port opens, the gas enters the pressure reducing stage through this valve port, controlling the gas pressure within the range required by the user.
The pressure regulating box is assembled with valves, pressure gauges, filters, pressure regulator flow meters, and safety accessories, along with gas pipelines, to form a compact and reasonable overall structure. It has a small footprint, simple installation, and convenient use. According to on-site requirements, the structural types of each stage of filtration, pressure regulation, and metering can be: single circuit (1+0), single circuit with manual bypass (1+1), dual circuit with one use and one backup with manual bypass (2+1), multiple parallel connections, etc.
